  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person

Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or event:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible
  • You will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session
  • We are not responsible for any related travel or accommodation costs

Special Orders and Custom Items

Custom-made or special-order items are generally non-returnable. However:
